ABOUT THE DESIGNER  

Kelsey May has been passionate about interior design since she was very young. As a child she spent many hours decorating a custom dollhouse built for her by her grandfather. Her creative drive inspired her to pursue a degree in Fashion Merchandising at the University of Delaware.

After college, she was able to purchase her own home and expand her design passion full scale. Many friends and family loved the spaces she designed in her own home and began asking her for help with theirs. At first she just provided them with general guidance, but eventually she began putting together full design plans. As the demand for these design plans grew Kelsey decided to start her own interior design business, Kelsey May Interior Designs. 

Kelsey understands that each client has their own unique vision for their home and she has helped many clients bring that vision to life. As a mom of two, she also knows how important it is for a home to be functional. After a decade of working as a fashion buyer, Kelsey has extensive experience in product selection and styling.

Kelsey carefully selects every detail for her clients, from furniture, decor, paint colors, tile, fixtures, flooring, counter tops, lighting and cabinetry. She provides them with an all encompassing design plan including 3-D floor plans, mood boards, and a full list of product details. In addition, she partners with local contractors and craftsmen to create a winning team and a professional looking finished product.
